Delicious Weekday Wraps



  1. Starting with wrap/pita bread, start layering with avocado, sauerkraut and long chooped cucmber pieces.
  2. Add canned tuna or chickpeas.
  3. Season with salt, pepper (Jalapenos, sour cream), cheese and chilli flakes.
  4. Ready to serve or store in the fridge!
