Ingredients
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Canned tuna or replace with 2 tablespoons of smashed chickpeas
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 scoop of Sauerkraut
- 1 spinach and herb wrap or pita bread
- Garlic Aioli or Peri Peri Mayonnaise
- Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli Flakes
- Jalapenos (optional)
- Sour Cream (optional)
Instructions
- Starting with wrap/pita bread, start layering with avocado, sauerkraut and long chooped cucmber pieces.
- Add canned tuna or chickpeas.
- Season with salt, pepper (Jalapenos, sour cream), cheese and chilli flakes.
- Ready to serve or store in the fridge!
